The case of the Savannah heiress : typescript / by William F.B. Vodrey. 1999.

Holmes and Watson are approached by a young man, about to return to college in the United States, who is concerned about the presence of a man who appears to be stalking his widowed mother at her Cornwall estate. His mother, a sugar heiress from Savannah, Georgia, refuses to ask the man to leave and refuses to let her son call the constables, leaving her, in her son's opinion, defenseless against the man.
